November Update

Posted on November 14, 2016 at 8:45 AM Comments comments (1)

With the succesful 2016 season in the rear view mirror we are setting our eyes on the upcoming 2017 season. We are currently out of syrup for this year. With the bad drought this past summer we have added 100 more taps this year to help off set this. Many more improvements have been made including a new pump building, upgraded vacuum system, and new evaporator. This year along with syrup we will also be selling a varitity of other maple products such as maple candy, maple cream, and maple sugar. Keep your eye out for these products once the season starts since they will sell fast.

The maple sap has started to run and the taps here at Ryan's Sugar Shack are starting to go in. We should have maple products for sale next week if all goes to plan. Stay tuned to this website for more updates about this season.

The maple season is almost upon us once again here in southern New Hampshire. We have been hard at work all year at Ryan's Sugar Shack making many improvements and adding a state of the art tubing system. We are still sold out of maple syrup from last year but stay tuned for a blog post on the start of the season. This year we will be offering 1 dollar delivery to the surrounding towns of Derry, Hampstead, Chester, and Raymond. Find out more about ordering and picking up syrup on the Purchase Syrup page. We will be selling syrup this year in 8 ounce, 16 ounce, and 32 ounce plastic jugs. Stay tuned for updates about the upcoming season.
